Terms of sale
What you commit to when you order, and what this site commits to in return.
Purpose
These terms govern the sale, by ⟨ À RENSEIGNER ⟩, of access to an online course, sold as a card handed over in person by a delivery driver. Placing an order means accepting these terms.
Prices and delivery fees
Prices are shown in Algerian dinars on each course page. Delivery fees depend on your wilaya and the option chosen — to your home or to the carrier's desk — and are shown to you before you confirm the order. The total to pay is the one displayed at that moment. It does not change afterwards.
Order and phone confirmation
You fill in the order form without needing an account. An advisor then calls you on the number you gave, to confirm the course and the address. An order that has not been confirmed by phone is not shipped. If nobody has called you, call back rather than placing a second order.
Payment on delivery
Payment is made in cash, to the driver, at the moment you receive the card. No online payment is requested, and no bank details are ever asked for on this site. If a page claims otherwise, it is not ours.
Delivery
The card ships after the phone confirmation and usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours. That timing depends on the carrier and on your wilaya: it is what happens usually, it is not guaranteed. You may inspect the parcel before paying.
Code activation and length of access
The code printed on the card activates once only, from the “I have a code” page, and opens access immediately. The length is stated on the course page before you order: depending on the course, it runs from activation, or until the end of the school year. A code that has already been activated cannot be used a second time.
The account is personal
The access opened by a code is attached to an account, and that account is personal. Sharing it is not allowed. If you activate your code on the wrong account — a mistyped digit, a relative's phone — contact us: the access is moved to the right account, keeping the same end date.
Claims
An unreadable card, a code already used on arrival, the wrong course: contact us on ⟨ À RENSEIGNER ⟩ or at ⟨ À RENSEIGNER ⟩, within ⟨ À RENSEIGNER ⟩. Since the card is inspected before it is paid for, a claim about the state of the parcel is made at the moment of delivery, in front of the driver.
