How do I get my code?
You fill in the order form on the site: name, surname, wilaya, commune, and the course matching your school year. An adviser calls you to confirm, then your card arrives within 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need a bank card?
No. You pay the courier in cash when your card is delivered. No online payment is ever requested.
Can I see the content before ordering?
Yes. Several lessons are open for free: they play with no account and no code. Watch first, decide after.
Do I need an email address?
No, your phone number is enough — it is what identifies your account.
How do I activate my card?
From the “I have a code” page, enter your card’s code once. Your access opens immediately.
How long does access last?
The duration is shown on each course, before you order. Depending on the course, it runs from activation or until an end-of-year date.
Does it work on a weak connection?
Yes. Pages are deliberately light, and a video only loads the moment you start it — never before.
What if a video stops working?
Links are checked automatically every day. A video that is no longer available is removed from the path until it can be replaced.
Why several teachers on one lesson?
Because an explanation that works for one student may not work for the next. On most lessons, you choose between several teachers.
